Not speaking to potential.. just to performance… Avila is not Pro Bowl material this year.

Agreed. If going by the way they've played this year, Limmer has as much right to be labeled a potential Pro Bowl player as Avila.

Maybe true. But I see Whittington as our full time kick returner and as a key gunner making tackles on kick team.

Allen appears 4th on the TE depth chart with Higbee coming back this week.
I expected more of Allen this year. Not sure what happened.

Agreed. I see him rounding in play now though.

Has the potential to make it in future years in my book. Flashed dominance as a rookie. Needs health and consistency.

Very few Rams will make the probowl even if they deserve it. One of the largest markets, and smallest fan bases in the league.

I’d have Limmer in red. He’s definitely got Pro Bowl ability, although he may not have the name recognition that is so important in the voting.

I’m EATING CROW !! After your worry about him!

WOW - talk about STEPPING UP !!!

Having a Pro Bowl backup C/G is only going to make this Rams team better.Mcvay has always been about player MENTORING!!

This RAMS O’LINE staff is off The Charts !!!

My only concern is what would have happened if some of the trades attempted were to go through.

Would the team have Avila, Young, and/or Turner, too?
Might have gotten Bowers, but no Verse or Fiske.

Yeah - still have to LOL about how Les Snead played Mcvay.

You think he tried hard to draft that DT from Texas ??

BTW - Les Snead remembers that power trip with Jeff Fisher.

—Do we all remember that LT from Auburn at #2 ??? Won’t say any of there names, but yes Jared Verse was such an excellent pick up .Then to go get Fiske at any cost was worth it.

Who were The Rams going to select in 2023 instead?? Trying to stay positive, SEAN MCVAY LOST a lot of STREET CREDIT.

Logan Bruuuuuus - lmao

I was kinda hoping Brennan Jackson would show something this year.
I saw Nick Hampton is getting sporran reps ??? Look at where he was drafted comparably.

There both tweeners,but WTF ???
Have you seen The Rams Defense lately!!! Have you seen sort of there HISTORY under Sean (Snead) Mcvay ??

Don’t mean to be a jerk, but what Hoecht is doing & his leadership.
It takes time to really show case your talents, plus to develop those skills.

What was that LBer from Bama who was a 3rd rd pick a long with Cam Akers & Van Jefferson ?? It’s not always where your drafted.

Thank you Alaric Jackson !!!

Yeah, I think Hunter Long is the #4 TE at that point. Although, it appears McVay likes his blocking.
Maybe but Allen has the lowest seasonal PFF grades by far of the current 3. Allen blocks poorly. Has not had any meaningful catches in the last several weeks (in fact has not even been targeted). Long is also playing on all the special teams units.

Of course- it’s next player up,but your going to have to beat out the player ahead of him.

J. Jackson is a prime example from the other side of it.

Puka was manna from heaven. And despite what the media said about the Rams mortgaging their future, the draft has always been the foundation and backbone of the Rams success. F them picks got the headlines, but our homegrown talent is what allowed them to trade away those picks.

Brad Holmes made valuable contributions, but the consternation over him leaving was misplaced. Snead has always been an astute talent evaluator, and he learned under Dimitroff, who was one of the best himself.

Les is a pillar of the organization just as McVay is. Expect the good drafting to continue.
I’ve laughed since the Fisher days those that wanted Snead removed. It was obvious even then which was a Fisher pick and what wasn’t. Not that Snead hasn’t made mistakes ( that’s how you learn from them) but the big thing is learning from your bad decisions and why those were bad decisions.

It was a simple post about Brennan Jackson. That is it.
Do you know how the kid is doing ?
The rest of it is Gobblygook.
