I agree Tutu should have made a cut and would have been past him and it wouldn’t have mattered but Hopkins looked like he was putting no effort into that.

I can see 8 OL make the roster and they put whoever makes it through waivers; n the PS or any potential upgrades via waivers... Free's up a spot for an extra defender.
