I like Allar. All these guys have issues. But Allar with some proper QB coaching and fix his reads issues - he could be Josh Allen.

Not sure Klub/Neus are anything special at all.

Sellers tbd. Hopefully he’s grown as a passer and becomes a viable option.

Lagway I like a lot, but he’s not eligible until 2027 at earliest.

And you know this how? Or just you guessing?

I mean, originally it was “My previous Venmo descriptions did not accurately portray the transactions in question…”

Now it wasn’t his but was his friends? C’mon man…

It’s such a small thing, that if they’d shut up about it it would go away.

Mateer still my favorite and he sure had himself a game. Like Allar, it's hard to put too much stock in it due to the level of competition but both off to great starts
Not for '26 draft but I'm assuming that CJ Carr is going to be entering the chat at some point. Tough place to start tonight though

I really like Mateer best so far as well. I like his presence, mobility, keeps his eyes down field, and his accuracy.

Huge fan of Taylen Green. My hope is for LaNorris Sellers if Arch doesn't come out, but Green is a fantastic prospect in his own right.
He had a great day yesterday, but if you watch the highlights, he’s still not hitting guys in stride and has a ways to go. That’s the stuff that got him benched in Boise. Hopefully he can improve in those areas. he did have some nice throws too. That is a tough position. If you are not perfect you get crucified. (By know-it-all fans like me.)

True, but you just can't teach his athletic gifts, and unlike others like Anthony Richardson, Green is a very mature and coachable kid.

Arch should get on track today against an overmatched defensive front from the Spartans

My guy Mateer showed up big time last night vs Michigan. Sellers couldnt put points on the board against a Div 1-AA team
I can't help but think Mateer is Baker 2.0 but less of a douche bag. Not saying he or Baker aren't good QB's I just see him when I watch Mateer. Underwood on the other side of the game will be interesting to watch going forward. Cannon of an arm and good deep ball but needs work on the shorter stuff.

I concur with @OldSchool with the Mateer/Mayfield comparison, although Mateer is bigger and thicker which makes him more of a force running the football. Underwood could be a future 1st round pick no doubt, but his Head Coach Sherrone Banfield Moore needs to trust the kid a bit more to toss the rock downfield. Matteer comes off as a winner and his post game interview was the type of guy McVay would love IMHO.
