Today I was in downtown Tucson having my usual breakfast of bagels and coffee wearing my Rams hat when 3 red bird fans walk in. They were looking at me while they were waiting when another Ram fan walked in with a Ram Tshirt. The bird fans laughed and said well we have more than bagels in common....we all want y'all to kick the shit out of the Niners on Sunday.

The other Ram fan said before I could comment....that yeah and then it will be the Cards turn the week after. I looked at the red birds and said I doubt you guys have enough defense. All the Rams have to do is put Ramsey on D'Hop and Williams on Peterson and it's all over. You guys need to hope Murray doesn't get hurt....and I laughed.

They got their bagels and said something about all the damn Californians filling up their state.

There has been no confirmation if any of the players are symptomatic, but because the team is on their bye week, there still is a possibility that all could be available to play in Los Angeles against the Rams in Week 12.

To have a shot at the division, we need to go 3-1 in our next 4 (Seattle will likely be going 4-0) so that were only one game back.

So, technically, we just need to split the next two division games and then beat the Patriots, and we will obviously beat the Jets.

Which is all to say that technically we can afford to lose this game. But it would make at AZ a must win, which is a situation I don't want to be in, and we haven't beaten these guys in two years. Were on a short week and they had a bye, but, get it done McVay
