I think the refs decided before the game to teach the Rams and Puka a lesson for daring to say the refs have issues. They were obviously rooting for the Seahawks.
And they effected the outcome.
The Rams are a very good team, best in the league IMO and should have won this game anyway.

I believe we have "basic competance" from the officials. I'm questioning why they screw up so many calls that even some of the officials in the booth question. Like the call on Dedich for being downfield on the 1 yard line that cost us 6 points. I know refereeing is a tough job but these people have tremendous resources to assist them. I have to believe this system can be improved.

Yeah ..... So when is the NFL fucking gonna finally do something about the officiating issues?
Ignore it and just keep fining the guys that make up this league, like they've been doing for years ?
How does that improve and promote the NFL product?

Never. Just like Goodell saying "I saw the tapes and there was no cheating" with regards to the tapes handed over by Matt Walsh saying the patriots cheated in superbowl 36. Then Goodell does the makeup call and fines the patriots a first round pick on another issue.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but doesn't the "Ken Stabler rule" apply to the she hags 2nd 2 point attempt? Only the fumbler can recover a fumble in the last 2 minutes of a game or a 2 point try. Which means the ball returns to the 2 yard line and no do overs because Darnold didn't recover the ball. Not to mention I believe the whistle blew before the ball was picked up.
