Still Love Ya @-X- but I'm going to give Jared Thomas Goff the edge here based on pressure and coming up big against New Orleans Saints in the NFC Championship Game and leading the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl, something Marc Robert Bulger never did, but Bulger did save Mike Martz bacon back in 2002.

Bulger and Goff always do the their own move when pressure comes....every time. Goff roles to his weak side almost exclusively. Bulger always did this weird spin move that really didn't move him and helped him get sacked quite a bit.
I actually like Bulger in a lot of ways.
He was tough and had to be playing behind Martz' not a care play calling. There were few better at those middle crossing routes....dude was deadly on those. Other parts of his game lacked however.
Bulger gets too much grief from Ram fans.
He was good and had a productive career.
It does amaze me that he looked like he never saw the inside of a weight room his entire career.

Both Warner and Bulger had that lightening quick release. Goff entered the league with a fairly quick release but by ‘19 it slowed dramatically. Stafford’s is very quick but I wouldn’t put it in Warner’s category. I could be wrong on that though. It’s been awhile.

Goffs release is not compact. It is loopy which makes it slow. I think it contributed to him being late on some throws every week.

I'm not sure there is a bigger Bulger hater out there than me.

I concede that. So... let me attempt to provide some restitution for some of the things I've said about him.

From now on I'll give him a proper name that is way more fitting than Bulger. I mean fuck, shouldn't you be required to actually have a bulge if you're going to represent that name? Exactly.

Going forward, I will forever refer to him as Camel-Toe. Thus... giving him the respect he rightfully deserves.
Id be careful....you do know he is a nephew of Whitey Bulger?

Agreed but if you go back and look at his release and mechanic in ‘17 and ‘18 it’s quicker. The disintegration of that was pretty glaring by 2020.

Somewhere Pat Haden is screaming at the sky, "I told all ya'll I wasn't too short! Heh! look at that smurf named Kyler!!"
I was discriminated against for VCS (Vertically Challenged Syndrome) way before it became a thing.

.....and Bradford out 2-4 weeks with an air related injury.....

I actually nowadays use Sam Bradford as a description for pain/injury. For example, one time I went for a very long walk and my knee started hurting afterwards, so I would tell people that "my knee went all Sam Bradford on me."

Steve Dils is still the worst starting QB I've seen in Horns.
Keith Null gives him a run for his money, but has to settle for 2nd worst

Wow......
I don't remember Steve Dils.
Null was Null & Void.
Steve Walsh, Tony Banks, Jamie Martin, Scott Covington, A J Feeley (although he did pull a massive upset over the Saints I believe), Kellen Clemens, Austin Davis, Shaun Hill, Nick Foles, Case Keenum, Sean Mannion.....
Its been a long post Bradford list of ehh kind of guys.
Hill, Foles, Keenum and Davis actually have solid pro numbers.
Foles being the biggest name QB....despite his success and a nearly 2 to 1 TD to Int ratio he bounces all over because he lacks......something.

Keenum, Davis and Hill all had most of what you want....smarts, tenacity, toughness....but were undone by lack of pure arm talent. Hard to say Hill was "undone" as he had a 15 year career and no doubt banked tons of money. I actually liked Hills game a lot. Smart QB who read well, but, like Keenum could not be even a little off with is timing because he didn't have the arm strength to make up for it.

I think Keenum is in the league still too. Again, hard to say he has been "undone" as he is having a long career and has everything but size and arm strength. But, lacking the arm kept him from keeping a starting job.

Davis is interesting.
He was the Seahawks QB coach last year.....really interesting he landed that gig after bouncing around to a few teams. He was also the OC at Auburn for 2 months then left. His numbers are actually pretty solid....he was tough and willing and a try hard guy it was hard not to pull for.....just didn't have the arm talent.

These guys certainly made the most of what they were naturally gifted.

Ok, since we're dropping truth bombs, let me go:

Raspberries >> Strawberries.

Fight me.
Cherries>>Strawberries>>Raspberries. Its a shame fresh cherries are only available a couple months out of the year. Which is right now.

Partially right. Cherries >> Strawberries.

But you're a commie pinko otherwise.
