There is no reason to be trashing the Jags, they will be greatly improved from last season. They have had 2 consecutive quality drafts. Last year was a down year for them because of an unreal series of injuries to their WR/TE group, the shear lack of a RB, and the offensive line that wasn't worth a sack of potatoes.
With the return of key players and the addition of big pieces, they should be making a big turn around this season. Bortles is a great QB despite the slow start. Once there is a team around him, that team is going to take off.
