Much rather see him rip one off instead of conservative

True. But hey, look on the bright side: if McVay does his job of getting his entire coaching tree in the NFL, all we'll see is delayed runs on third and very long.

Yeah - I don't mind their announcing at all. I usually don't like female announcers but Mim is not that bad. I absolutely hate the Raiders female announcer. I can't listen to her at all.
