The kid has ability and intangibles, but I still think he is just too short and slightly built to last a season. I think his bad throws are often an instance of where he struggles to see the field well due to his height.

It's a shame. If he was 6-2 220 he might be a stud NFL QB. Even if he was 6-0 220 like Baker, he could hold up physically. I just think at 190-195 lbs, and 5-11", it's a lot to overcome on a weekly basis.

Obviously we aren't playing starters.....nor many 2nd stringers if any (outside of Corum).... but considering the usual bland effort we give during the preseason.... I think we can take something out of these games...in terms of the effort, and physical style of play that we are coming with during this preseason. The effort and the style of play is different in this preseason, and hopefully this translates to the regular season.

Stetson is a gamer.
Size be damned. If he can do it he can do it.... and he looks like he can in this league.
If the Rams could garner a nice trade for Jimmy G by a QB starving team before the deadline, I would understand...

True.
But then we wouldn't have been able to get him in the 4th round. :)
They got them so they can improve our backup quarterback situation which truly sucked.
They stuck with him through some tough times and now they've got a decent second/third stringer. (hopefully)

Sure, not saying he would be here, just saying the kid was literally short changed in life.
