I'd say that in a heartbeat.

I spent over a decade in my teens and twenties in and around upstate New York (in Ithaca). I would LOVE to watch my Rams beat the Bills in a snow game in Buffalo.

It often felt like I was the only damn Ram fan within a 100-mile radius. Whenever I go back to Ithaca, I'm almost always the only guy watching the Rams game in the sports bar.
I attended the last game the Rams beat the Bills in Buffalo in December 2012. First row seats behind the bench. It snowed a little during the game. Surreal experience. I drove 5 hours from Albany with my wife and back. Now I live in Los Angeles and am going to the game this Sunday. I hope the result is the same

Ithaca is gorges! Spent many nights there and grew up right down the road in Seneca Falls.

This may be true, but they have one of the best fan bases in the NFL. I wish the city could put together a "company" like the Packers did and allow the fans to buy equity into the team. They almost moved to Toronto a few years back and may again in the future. Lots more money (and billionaires) in Toronto than in Buffalo.
Considering where they're located, I refer to the Green Bay and Buffalo fans as a captive audience. :)

While you were there, did you try the steamed hams?

I’d also like to see McVay draw up a few plays to get Rapp matched up on intermediate to deep routes. Could be man or zone. As a Ram, we know he was awful in this regard.

However, he was good playing in the box.
I'm a big fan of playing in the box as well.

Going to Buffalo in December to watch my team play in the snow has always been on my bucket list. SAID NOBODY EVER.
I've been to a heavy snow game in Buffalo, I think it was late Nov. It was fun. I was young and stupid, got separated from my friend with the car, got lost, and "rested" in a ditch after the game while it snowed. I made my way to a place that sold great chili cheese dogs and asked a couple of cops standing there if I had been reported missing. They laughed and walked away. I was serious though. Happy ending though - found my friend hanging out with bikers in a different bar, and made it home.

In this case though, so happy it was the 49ers getting experience with snowmageddon and not the Rams!

Eh, Philly was clearly a better team. We saw how lopsided that one turned out. Buffalo is clearly a better team. Could be another lopsided affair. But you know what? When expectations for a win are so low I don't feel the anxiety I felt against some other teams. I don't expect a win. So no big deal if they lose.

If we're trying to find a silver lining here, last week's win made this one less make or break. If we lose there is still a clear path to the division. We play all three division rivals over the last 4 games with a beatable team in the Jets in the mix.

And who knows? This could the classic trap game. A team that just exhaled over winning the division going against a clearly lesser team. It would be easy to look past the Rams and look forward to the Lions game a week later. And then there is that any given Sunday thing.

Yep Philly demonstrated how the Rams had no room for error. That early fumble killed them. They needed a TD on that drive and instead it went the other way for 3. Can't give up a ten point swing vs a better team and expect to win a game. Turnovers are such a huge part of the equation and are magnified when facing a unit that has that much threat.

Buffalo is precisely the same type of matchup. Zero room for error. Rams cannot fumble, throw INTs, or otherwise fuck around. They have to play well the full 60 and minimize mistakes. And from there maybe get lucky as well. This is a tough game for our boys.

Sometimes it's more about wearing the opponent down vs getting the yardage also just because the look says don't run doesn't mean a run won't be successful. Or have you forgotten all the gms we lost because mcvay just abandoned the run because of this then blamed it on execution?
You clearly know more offense then McVay does - should send him an email so he can avoid these losses!

You should have changed the text color to Blue to denote sarcasm. Giles is going to think you mean this.

You don't ... Do You?!?
