Seems like a great dude. And he did a great job reinventing the Senior Bowl into the preeminent talent showcase for the draft. Others involved in that too I realize, but he's been at the forefront of it.

Rams drip is the best drip.

Savage has had a long front office career in the NFL. He started as a scout for the Cleveland Browns in the 1990s, then joined the Baltimore Ravens as a director of college scouting and then as director of player personnel. Savage returned to Cleveland as the team's general manager in 2005 before taking a job with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2010 as a player personnel consultant. He was also the director of the Senior Bowl from 2012 to 2018 and the general manager of the AAF's Arizona Hotshots in 2019 before joining the Jets' front office.

Was going to say this as well. I'll trust McVay as he's good at finding diamonds in the rough, but definitely doesn't make the resume shine
This probably wasn't McVay. It was probably Snead, Demoff, or someone in that category. Do we trust it less? J/k...

The Rams are a great organization. I'm sure they know what they're doing.

Im joking about this.
I work at a Fortune 500 company.
I am amazed at both the competence and total incompetence I see on a daily basis.
There are plenty of good people stuck in bad organizations.

The Yets and Brownies seem to pick some good players in the drafts. I think those organizations just generally figure out ways to turn gold into lead.
