Feel sorry for Carter, I know he's going to foot more of the blame than he should. Welker should have caught that if he wasn't going to play it, at least call a fair catch. Can't make your guys think you're going to catch it then tell them to get away from it five seconds before it's about to land. How the hell was Carter going to know where that was?
