I think Murray would be more in a position of being that guy that sits for a few years ala Aaron Rogers learning the game and recovering. I still think Clemens will be our #2 guy next year but I'm not sure this team is to a point they can afford to have that developing guy just hanging around.I like Murray a lot, more than most actually. We are now in the era in some folks mind that the Rams simply :must" get that run-around QB so we can be like _______________________.
Murray comes from a pro offense, is a good decision maker, has enough arm is durable (played every game from freshman year until the ACL!!!
But in the end, imo it is not smart for the Rams to have their starter working his way back from ACL surgery AND their young, totally green rookie too.
