A cut out poster of AD would be better than those 2 hahahaAfter the last two games, I want both Speights and Hummel to replace both Rozeboom and Reeder.

Well, consider the old cliche X's and O's vs Jim's and Joe's. McVay is good with X's and O's. But so is Shanahan. And he has better Jim's and Joe's. Our defense seems to be poor with the tackling. 49ers thrive on yards after catch/contact. Our offensive line is depleted. They have a good enough defensive line the exploit that. It all sure points to a mismatch. But there's always that any given Sunday thing. So anything is possible.Any chance it'll be better next week??
I guess I will put this in the Vent Thread.

Show me all the white corner backs and get back to me.What’s their colour got to do with it?
They don't play corner, lol. Plenty of good cracker linebackers out there thoShow me all the white corner backs and get back to me.
Reeder and Rozenbloom are try hard guys who should not be starting on a NFL playoff team.
But you were talking about linebackers.Show me all the white corner backs and get back to me.
Come one dude. I was mad after a horrible loss and made a statement. But you were talking about linebackers.
yeah..you are not aloneDid that also... Ugh!
That future 6th round pick sure makes us better todayDumbest fuckin roster move of the off-season. The Ernest Jones wouldn't have mad a difference crowd is tripping. He's a starter. Rozenboom and Reeder are bottom roster type players that shouldn't ever see the field unless there are massive injuries or we blow a team out.
There are, but I sure wish the Rams would do away with Vanilla Ice.They don't play corner, lol. Plenty of good cracker linebackers out there tho
Over the last 20 years or so, teams starting 0-2 make the playoffs about 10% of the time
What crowd. I don't think I've seen anyone saying Reeder is better than Jones. Even with Speights it is wild hope more than anything else that we hit on a real ILB. Because in a way we are due for that, as it has not happened since Fletch.Dumbest fuckin roster move of the off-season. The Ernest Jones wouldn't have mad a difference crowd is tripping. Absolutely not. I was stunned when they confirmed it in like 10 seconds. Guess they want the big name rookie to have a splash play? He definitely did not get his left foot down after securing the catch. Period. Was that 1st TD to Harrison really in bounds?
Has anyone seen a definitive replay?
This running up the gut with impunity is horrible. If you can not stop that, the NFL will eat you alive.
Not impressed with Shula. I seen several Rams defenders lollygagging-jogging. (Hoecht ?) Did Shula not tell his young players not to run at the midget in a bee line. You must contain him.
We are going to have to deal with Harrison Jr for a decade. He is a beast. We have no freak Wrs like him and certainly no inside linebackers who are big, fast and can tackle. Big, slow white dudes.
Put the new kid in there.
And see if Whittington can be this years Puka. I like what I see, he can play.
Its a mess.
Both of these are regarding Jones. Yes, worst roster move perhaps of any team in the offseason. 1 week before starting the season you dump your best, most impactful defender for next to nothing. He was UNDER CONTRACT this season too. Who give a fuck if he walks after the season, you have a chance to get an equal comp pick then the garbage you received. I know for a fact we would look better on D with him out there. By all accounts he is ballin out on the Titans....Dumbest fuckin roster move of the off-season. Teams starting 0-3 make the playoffs about 2.5 percent of the time. And our depleted team is playing a road game at home against a superior opponent.Over the last 20 years or so, teams starting 0-2 make the playoffs about 10% of the time

I don’t think he was in bounds with possession and surprised how quickly they called it a touchdown. They took no time to review, moved on to the PAT really quick. Not in my opinion, he hadn't secured it before touching out of bounds but we never got a good angle to be sure and since it was ruled a touchdown it's how it stood. Here is a replay of it. Imo, he didn't secure it until the snapshot I posted below and was after one of his feet was no longer touching. He was kind of juggling it above his head before bringing it in to body to secure. But oh well, it didn't really matter since they just did whatever they wanted all day anyway.
Really didn’t matter no one on the Rams could tackle Murray as we really missed AD.I don’t think he was in bounds with possession and surprised how quickly they called it a touchdown. They took no time to review, moved on to the PAT really quick.
In the end it didn’t matter, but the Cardinals grabbed momentum from that. Who knows how that affected things… The NFL is a game of momentum.
Crowd refers to the people who are saying Jones wouldn't have made much of a difference in this past game. I call BS on that one, that's all I'm saying. Obviously can't go back on that note, I agree on Speights being the one who should get a chance. What crowd. I don't think I've seen anyone saying Reeder is better than Jones. Even with Speights it is wild hope more than anything else that we hit on a real ILB. Because in a way we are due for that, as it has not happened since Fletch.
Jones was a business call. If Speights can do the job though the Rams could still come out of this in decent stead. There's no telling. He might not be very good. But I suspect this is a case of the young DC learning a hard lesson on thinking you can make a depth player into a starter. And after that AZ game, not to mention with SF pending, Shula better be telling McVay he's gonna start Speights. Because while Speights might not be good enough we already know that Reeder isn't good enough. So go with the guy who has a chance.
