@jsimcox It's also made me wonder, who does snead support? He's from Alabama I think, would he be a Falcon Fan?
Well he did come from the Falcons prior to the Rams so that could add into the equation as well. I'd say he does have a soft spot for the Falcons. He was Born in Alabama, played HS football at guard in Alabama, and played TE at Troy State(ALa.) and at Auburn. Maybe why we drafted Barrett Jones and trade for Barron. Also kinda makes the chances of drafting Cooper a bit more if available maybe, and Dismukes ofc. Maybe Sammy Coates as well is a target.[/QUOTE]
Meant for it to be for shaunpenny, not you jsim, my bad.

Yes, theres a lot of pointers towards the Falcons... I've still got high hopes for my man Jones this year...

Quick question guys, as Percy Harvin is still on the Jets roster as of now, does Seattle get the Jets 4th round pick as per the trade?
I believe the trade was a 6th if he is cut and a 4th if he stays on the roster. Don't really mind either way but would be good to know for the rest of my draft planning.

I think, as it stands it's a 4th...

I do to, but it has dwindled quite a lot since we had drafted him...I was very very very high on him when he came out, and was happy he fell due to the injury to the 4th.

He was my steal of that year too - he had everything I want in an interior O-liner, including football smarts... I'm just hoping he's just been getting fully healed, fingers crossed @Tron

And there's this:
  • New York Jets → Seattle (PD). The Jets traded this conditional selection to Seattle in exchange for wide receiver Percy Harvin; the selection will be upgraded to a fourth-rounder if Harvin remains on the Jets' roster after 4:00 p.m. EDT on the tenth day of the 2015 league year (March 19).[source 12][source 13]

By all accounts here in NY area, the Jets will cut him as Harvin has been adamant that he won't restructure

Yep, pick 29. Indy. After things I have read recently I don't even think that Phillips last to 29.

This is my first time doing this and I now see the value of stacking the board and being more organized. It is more interesting than I thought it would be. I may have to be more prepared for the second run. Trouble is after the second round or early third it is tougher for some of us to be as educated about the players. It takes a lot of time. At the very least I may print out a list so I can cross players off.
It has been my experience, in past Drafts, If you don't 'Stack' at least 10 or 12 Players at each position, your drastically under prepared!!

This Harvin/Jets situation will be very interesting to keep an eye on for the Real Draft!!

Anyone interested in a trade for the #2 pick?

I think he's one of the big questions in this year's draft - and IMO I can see someone like Seattle or New England taking a punt on him....

Figured it was worth taking a shot on him. He doesn't have to be great right away and would get a lot of work in the red zone.

This would be a great spot for a C but since we spent money on Deitrich-Smith last year we will give him some help instead.'

So with the 1st pick in the 3rd round Tampa Bay selects:

Tre' Jackson OG Florida State
