Detroit Lions select OT/OG/C Cameron Erving

If the Rams trade back, this is the guy I'd be looking for

I would love to see the Rams nab Erving myself ... Out of curiosity - would you be penciling him in at center?

I'd make a full court press for Wisniewski and play this beast at Guard. Then could afford to not overpay Barksdale

He looks more like a solid OLG in the NFL to me. He could swing to the OLT in an emergency & he sure was solid @ OC last season for FSU. Erving is the type of OL'er Snead could be looking hard at. He brings that Versatility OL skill that attracts Snead & Boudreau like summer moths to a light in the woods.

Snead surely would not use a First #10 pick on him but a trade down in the first or a trade up in the early second would be just about right. Erving would be an OUTSTANDING addition to this Ram OL. How would you like it if Snead did get Erving to line up next to Robinson on that left side?

So here we are @ the 24th pick and SIX [6] Ol'ers are already off the board ;):D

Sorry for the hold up. The Arizona Cardinals are trading the pick with New England for their First and Third rounders.

Carolina is willing to trade down. If I don't get any offers I like (or any at all) within the next ~90 minutes, I'll make my pick.

I'm calling time, not so much as a whisper right now. I'll make my pick within the next 5 minutes.

With the 25th pick, the Carolina Panthers select.....

Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon

Surprise? Maybe. I'm a huge fan of Fisher. With his impressive athleticism at the combine, his terrific Ohio State game on the biggest stage, him being only 21 years of age still, all of these were factors I took into account, his upside was just too hard to pass up. Some may see this as a reach. I see this as the perfect opportunity to get a player I really wanted, in a similar manner to the Dolphins taking Ja'Wuan James in the 2014 draft. Day 1, Fisher will start at either tackle position for us and give us an offensive line to be feared.

That means the Ravens are on the clock.

They pick Landon Collins. Safety.

Top ten player at #26 and fills a huge hole.

Landon Collins and Matt Elam on the back end of the Ravens D? Could get ugly out there for opposing WRs ...
