You guys do realise this is preseason? Ratboy is not gonna show anything. He's not gonna have grapman just standing there, he'll move him around.

Let's wait until the season starts. Then start laughing at them.

Ones vs. ones, Kurt should mean the offense doesn’t look incompetent, even when playing a vanilla scheme. I didn’t see the game, but it sounds like, fr9m members who did see it, that Jimmy was playing scared. I noticed this myself before his injury last year, and I know that Goff would get no such break from the media as Jimmy G gets constantly. The Niners sucked last season, and their suckage continues!:D

I know that every team's goal is the super bowl, but realistically only a handful of teams should even talk about it. I don't see the niners as one of those teams. How about having a winning record, or making it to the playoffs before the talk starts happening.

And yet for the 2nd year in a row.

I went temper my enthusiasm as he's still shaking of the rust. Plus the Broncos new Head Coach was one of the best defensive coordinators in the NFL, so I expect them to give many teams issues.

Nobody despises the team up North more than yours truly, but before we start dancing on the grave of James Richard Garoppolo their first three games are at Tampa, at Cincinnati and Pittsburgh at home, so let's see how those games play out first and hope the 49er faithful are clamoring for Nicholas Clayton Mullens!

We've already seen it twice for Goff. Thankfully we'll never see it again.

I've never thought the grapman was any good but c'mon, it was his first game back from an acl with a porous oline. It will take him awhile to get back into the groove.

.
I totally get what you're saying, and there's no way I'd label him a bust, or attempt to feign some optimistic prescience for a terrible 49ers season, but as a Rams fan I still feel personally obligated to laugh at their pain. Every ... chance ... I get. (William Shattner staccato implied).

49er fans after Jimmy GQ's performance:

"We talkin bout practice, man."

49er fans after 3rd string wins the game against the other teams 3rd string:

"Yeah baby! We goin to da Superbowl!"

He's a high risk thrower and yeah it's doubtful that is going to change. When things are good that can mean he pours it on a defense and puts up some highlights. When he doesn't have time, though, he's going to put up INTs while trying to make a play. Lynch overlooked that (high INT to TD rate) when he rushed to lock him up.

IMO a QB like him is going to struggle in the playoffs for that reason. Pulling out wins in close games vs good defenses is difficult when you are turning it over.

His footwork is crap and he stares down his WR's.

He is a one read QB and he throws off balance because he has sloppy mechanics.

Gee....Don't hold back tell us how you really feel...…..:ROFLMAO:

It is preseason but those are some horrible throws. Booger calls that INT a 50/50 ball but it wasn’t. His WR was open and he missed him threw it right to the DB. A few his footwork was atrocious. That other pass was bad and should’ve been a pick 6. Can it be cleaned up? Sure, but these aren’t vanilla offense mistakes, this is bad QB play.

The interception and horrid performance was coming off 5 straight picks in practice. Doesn't seem like a fluke to me, but rather a trend!
