NFL Ticket Question...

Last year I had Sunday Ticket without YouTubeTV and the service was mediocre at best. Picture quality was not great, sound was often not schynced up and there were a few times the screen would freeze. It was similar to a bad illegal stream. Also, I could not record games.

I have Direct Ticket with YouTube TV this year and the preseason, at least, was much better. However, those were not Direct Ticket games. I hope the quality holds up into the regular season.

So was it like that every game or sporadic? I love watching games in the comfort of my home and will try anything.

I didnt have the ticket last year, but they year before I did and it was terrific. Dont need youtube.tv can purchase thru youtube stand alone and service is the same. It did lag a couple of seconds behind though so I did get some spoilers from red zone

The NFL Ticket has always been through YouTube, not YTTV....at least that's how I remember it.... And I have YTTV also.

There were issues of some sort with every game last year for me . So far this year, as a YouTube TV subscriber it has been much better. But, keep in mind, the preseason games are not Direct Ticket games. Hoping for the best!

Do you use Google chrome or fire stick? My TV in the house needs GC to get the you tube TV app. I experienced similar problems as you. I think it had to do with the GC acting as a link in the vision to get the ticket.

I used my cell phone as well on the same network, never had any significant problems streaming on the phone.

It was Google Chrome last year. I am now accessing YouTube TV using a Roku stick.

Well that sucks. Just checked the TV lineup. CBS here is airing the Lions/Packers game instead of the Rams/Texans. Who gives a crap about Lions/Packers in this area?

I switched to Hulu from YouTube tv last year because the basic plan jumped up to $80+…so I lost the ticket on YouTube tv. How’s the ticket on YouTube vs YouTube tv? Anyone have any issues with it? Wondering how I’m gonna watch any games this year without going out in public and was wondering if it was worth it before i dropped any $ on it

And I switched from Hulu to Youtube when my trial period ended as it was the same price as YouTube TV. Both are around $80 or so.
