Meh. Not too sure about that. First of all, players do the leap in lots of stadiums these days. Second, the patsies could start shooting their mascot after sacks and likely get away with it. K - maybe not that extreme but.... I think the Texans just started firing a cannon off after TDs maybe a couple years ago.
