NFL + Tottenham Hotspur announced at least 2 games per year for next 10 years will be @ English Premier League team’s new stadium in London.

Kevin Seifert @SeifertESPN
At very least, NFL agreement to play in new Tottenham stadium expands seasonal reach in London. At most, it provides home for new franchise.

-- At least 2 games per year for 10 years .... this is happening.

Europe is really starting to embrace the NFL. It's too bad that the NFL shut down the Europe League. It really help develop some young players including Kurt Warner, Tom Nutten, Adam Vinatieri, Yo Murphy, Jake Delhomme, Shaun Hill, David Akers, and Brent Grimes.

I found this little gem on YouTube a couple minutes ago. Enjoy! :)

If Stan can't move to LA one could assume he could move the team to London. He already has the Arsenal stadium up and running, it's a big beautiful stadium and seems fit for NFL football.

While the logistics of actually having a team in London seem too overwhelming to actually happen, it seems likely that the NFL wants to keep the 'idea' of a permanent team in London out there so that the Rams, Chargers, Raiders, and every other team who needs potential leverage to get what they want from their city can have the possibility in their back pockets.

Exactly. Leverage = MONEY. And that's what this GAME is all about.
