Refs missing holding calls everywhere. I can't wrap my head around that. If I can see it on my TV, why can't they see it on the field? Do they really just not see them or do they not wanna upset the home crowd too much? It doesn't make sense.
They miss them when the hold occurs outside of a normal key read by the ref. If he's not looking there, he can't call it. Granted, they have 8 refs but it still happens

Non existant most of the year only to have made a couple big catches today. I'll take neither one of them and see what we get with Higbee instead.

Cook has played well this year....he was hurt for a number of games.

I look at as a case where Cook is held accountable with Green Bay from coaches to his QB. Here he knew he was the go-to guy on offense and was not disciplined enough to hold himself accountable and nobody else did either. So he was more lackadaisical and made a lot of mistakes.
