Trips to KC, GB and the Chargers don't look easy, even if games at the Saints and in Tampa look more appealing than they would have in the past.

I just hope (without much expectation) that the Raiders don't take over SoFi.

And wait for Skip to wet his pants with indignant rage when we deliver a beating to the Cowboys to seal HFA with a couple of games to play.

The only two really tough teams are Buffalo and Kansas City

But we are destined to lose to a team we should beat

Happens every year

The question is going to be

Who will have more fans in attendance during the Rams - Chargers game?

There will also be a team or two who are better than we think now as well as worse.

For example, I expect the Seahawks to be shit.

But in reality, they may be even shitter than the shittiest shit if they lose Wilson.

I expect the 9ers to be good, but if Lance is as bad as half the 9ers fans worry about, they may be shit too.

And the Cards should be quite good. But if the poison dwarf develops more poison they could rival the Seahawks for shittiness.

Not sure who will be better than we think.

Possibly The Rams who won a fucking Super Bowl without once clicking in every quarter.

Glad we're not facing those fuckers.

The more I look at the home opponents, the more I think the NFL will open the year with the Bills at SoFi. It's a terrific matchup, and the Niners, Raiders, and Cowboys would pack opening night with opposing fans if they were the opponent. If a big-name QB takes over in Denver, they might jump to favorites for opening night, but the rest of the home games are meh as far as excitement level.

49ers fans that are now Ram fans because they want to root for a winner.

Looking at that schedule we should do very well next season. Of course that's a long way off and we have to retool some area's of need in order to maintain dominance. Not to mention injuries, trades, FA's. There's a lot work to do.

This fear of Green Bay is funny to me. I'm not concerned with them as long as the Rams have Von back. You gotta be able to win enough up front on defense to disrupt Rodgers. But it's the same thing for opponents playing us now, where they're gonna have to disrupt Stafford.

Not gonna get into predictions yet since the offseason needs to run its course before we see our full team for 2022. But I think 2021 was a major growth year for this team. They were all over the map. Couldn't quite harness everything all at once and still won it all. But I think mentally they're going to be stronger next season so if they restack their areas of weakness correctly I like our chances.

I like to compare schedules within our division, and oh mama, do we have the toughest of all 4. Of course we have the 6 NFC West divisional games, then the same opponents in the NFC South, and AFC West, so that's 14 common opponents.

And for the three remaining games, here's where the differences lie, listed in order of standings last season:

Rams: Dallas, Green Bay, Buffalo
Cards: Philly, Minnesota, New England
49ers: Washington, Chicago, Miami
Seahawks: NY Giants, Detroit, NY Jets

I think Minnesota will be better than Green Bay, so the Cards are close.

If the Packers lose Rodgers, we should win all three of those games though anyways.

Rough how easy the Niners will have it though. That sucks.

The best thing about this schedule is that we don’t play ourselves. That’s the one team that scares me. Not sure we can beat them. Toss up maybe ;)
