I think the Blue/White comb would be a great throwback-but go with the Rams current throwbacks, the Blue and Gold. I would also like to see am alternative that would be blue and white, some with some highlighter yellow as an accent, like th Seahawks wore on Sunday highlighter yellow as an accent, like th Seahawks wore on Sunday.

I hated the gold pants. Nothing worse than seeing fat lineman with their butt sweat showing on gold pants. Anyway, I love the 'current' throwbacks - which go back to the old school colors. I think it would make sense for a branding standpoint to go back to something similar to the old school blue and yellows. Even if it looks similar to these:

I kinda like the one w/ the Gold Jersey and White Pants!

It's a matter of the almighty dollar, they will stay as they are for now, the move to LA alone will bring in millions in clothing. In 2 years when they move into the new stadium then change colors and sell millions all over again.

Interesting take Iowa. The throwback emblem on Fisher's jacket definitely gives me pause. And that last image of the blue 'n whites... yeah I could live with that.

Lastly, I do recall reading somewhere that with an approved move a uniform change 5 year requirement is waived. Not sure if that is true however.

I think to change unis it's only two years isn't it? Or is that just to use throwbacks...........either way Demoff said awhile ago that it wasn't going to be blue and whites. And we can always trust him at his word right.

From the Q&A with the LA Times

Q: Will you bring back the old L.A. Rams uniforms?

Demoff: I think the philosophy on the uniforms is a microcosm of the philosophy of the project. Yes, we have a rich tradition and history in Los Angeles. We have colors that people identify with. We have historic players. You want to carry some of that forward.

But, we're also about to enter a world-class stadium that should be one of the best. … Yes, the Rams are coming back. It's not the Rams from the '60s, '70s, '80s. This is Stan's vision and Stan's stadium. We want to make sure we represent best in class in every aspect while we borrow from the Rams' legacy. When I look at the Rams' return to L.A., that's what people are excited about -- it's modern NFL mixed with the team they grew up with.

Where the fuck have you been? :)

There is so much you can do with fabrics these days. Look at some of the Ducks uniforms. What about a pearl white and metallic or pearl deep blue? As it is, white makes you look bigger. What would it look like if it actually glowed or rippled with color variations as the players moved?

Anyone know how many color variations the Rams could apply for? Think about it. They probably don't have to have just one home, one away, and one throwback.

Blue & White with Blue & Yellow throwbacks

My taste would be just the opposite. Blue and Yellow with the Blue and White as throwbacks.

Question: Can they have 2 throwbacks? Cause though I never saw them I like the uniforms circa 1951

I like the blue and gold, but I'd be all in for a return to the blue and white--It was before my time, but I always thought that looked bad-ass.

There is another thread on the subject posted the other day. I do know Demoff has teased the idea for a while and would even venture he has submitted designs for approvals. the designs take into an account of the history of the Rams, so many believe it will be the recent throwbacks and possibly a new throwback to the blue and whites. I wouldnt be surprised if there is an announcement prior to the draft.

Demoff just said on the radio they're planning on new primary uniforms for the 2019 season (for Inglewood), and they're spitballing changing the throwbacks to Blue and White sooner. The NFL has a really long process to change primaries, but throwbacks can be changed sooner.
