There was zero fuss. Because the logo wasn't terrible. Fans are actually pretty tolerant of these things IMO, but when you show that you don't have a good feel for what looks good that changes.

Oh and btw in terms of what looks good and what doesn't... Overall sales numbers are going to tell the tale. If they have good and sustained sales of this new logo shit then a lot of us aren't part of that mainline group who obviously approves of them. If not, we'll see them try to switch it up and/or make a change at some point to increase the merch sales.
I'm guessing we'll see the sales tank. I just bought a new hat and it was the throwback emblem from the 50s, figured I'd better grab one before they all disappear due to the shit level of the new stuff. IMO if you like the older stuff you might want to buy it.

But literally every one of those points, 1-9 are opinion.
I really dig the colors. However, I hope the horns on the new helmets don't have the blend of yellow and orange that's on the horns on the logo. Too "Nike" and modern for my tastes.

The letters, L.A., should not have been there. And the horns within the L and A looks like a C in Chargers. When people look at the Rams logo, there is no need to mention it's an L.A. team. It is automatically understood it's the Rams and Rams NFL football team.
And the Rams in the new logo, as someone mentioned, looks like an ibex and not even a Ram.

Sorry Angry... it's not the anger I disliked, it was the cartoonish drawing of the ram. I like the newer, angry Ram! Cheers!

Yes it does. The one on the left looks like a Ram that was just slaughtered or something. (friggin' Steelers fan always used to say that about MY TEAM, dang it!) The one on the right looks menacing and like he's going to knock the enemies blocks off and take names.The yellow eye looks way better!
