Here’s my Christmas wish.

First round bye.

Another shot at Trubisky and the Bears. Oh please, oh please.

Then, another shot at the Saints with a 100% Talib, a fully integrated Fowler, and a humming 12 personnel game.

C’mon, Santa. Make it so.

My preferred road? Beat the Whiners and then win the next three.

I don't care who we face in the NFC, so long as we win. I do want to face the Cheatriots in the Super Bowl and kill them and force Bellicheat and Tom Bitchy into retirement, therefore ending their dynasty.

It's still crazy that it could be Rams vs Chargers, in Atlanta....We thought "winning LA" was decided earlier this year, but no...being the first team to win a Super Bowl in the new age of the NFL in LA will decide it. The stakes would be so high in such a Super Bowl scenario.

Rams beat the Whiners
Rams beat the Seahags
Rams beat the Saints
Rams beat the Patriots

I don't think I'd ever be able to watch football again if it played out like this.

While that would be a DREAM scenario (Add the Cowboys to that list then you have my LEAST favorite Teams in the NFL!) if the Rams would lose to any of those teams it would make for a Very Long, Miserable OFFSEASON!!!

...and Kay Adams still hates the Rams...

Not to worry I’d punish her! I’d start with a few hours of incoherent babbling about how great the Rams and move on to some ill times, loaded with sexual innuendo, passs at her. I’d image this would all conclude with me wearing her adult beverage and not changing her mind one bit. I’d still count it as a win!! (My wife would probably not agree!)

Would be cool to play the Cowboys in the NFCCG and not just because it would be home against a lesser opponent, but it would be great to get payback for those 2 title game losses in the Coliseum back in 75 & 78. Would be fitting as they are about to end their era in them at building.

The Seahawks are playing very well and have a ligitimate chance at beating the Saints at home IMHO.

They are a very dangerous team right now. Though they don't have anything that's a quality win outside of the Chiefs they seem to be playing well.

Versus playoff teams they are 3-4, and could be 4-4 if the Vikings make the playoffs which is likely.

defeat the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl

Only one team has ever made the playoffs before the Chiefs having given up 400 yards in a game 11 times. It’s historically bad for a playoff team.

It's still crazy that it could be Rams vs Chargers

I just can't see the Chiefs getting out of the AFC, they are way too one dimensional and that is bad in the post season. And they don't have Hunt. They are 2-2 since his suspension and nearly 1-3.

I don't see them beating the Chargers or Patriots. IMO one of those two will be the AFC champion.

I wrote the same sort of thread on the discussion site.

The perfect Rams scenario.

I feel the Rams beat SF. The Vikings beat the Bears at home.

Then Chicago beats Vikings in Soldier Field.

Seattle beats Dallas on the road.

We beat Chicago at home.

New Orleans beats Seattle

We beat New Orleans big/tough game!

We play Pat's in the Superbowl and get revenge for 2001 Spygate game.

This seems to be the most likely road to the Superbowl. We most likely will play the Bears and New Orleans.

This scenario can't happen the only way it is possible if the Seahawks beat the Cowboys, and the Vikings or Philly beats Chicago then we play the Seahawks then we beat them and play NO. This scenario is a long shot imo.

Like i posted several weeks ago when i called the Cowboys win over the Saints...the Cowboys are a completely different team at home. 7-1 in the comfy confines of Jerry's World....and they'll take care of business there vs Seattle if that's the matchup. Then they'll have to go on the road and look like shit vs whoever.

I want New England in the Super Bowl.

The Cowboys since their bye week are 6-2 AND have only one win against a playoff team. The wins they have are all weak teams, they have made hay on a weak schedule with the exception of the Siants game. The Titans, Texans and Seahawks beat them.

IMO they aren't what their record says they are.

They're exactly as as their record says they are. Very good at home, bad on the road.

Care to wager on that matchup? Assuming we get it. Seattle gets beat in Dallas.
