Rams Beat Bears in Rematch (This time in Los Angeles!)

Rams Beat Cowboys (Just hoping either the Seahawks or Cowboys/My two least favorite teams in the NFL(!) can beat the Saints so the Rams can play the NFC Championship Game at Home!)

Rams Beat Patriots (Don’t like the Patriots BUT that Super Bowl loss still hurts and beating them would at least heal some of that pain!)! I have to admit that a Rams/Chargers Super Bowl would be interesting!

Rams and Saints win out, they both get a first round bye, and Saints will get winner of wild card game? Rams get winner of 3 seed/WC winner?

I don’t know about preferred but I think the Bears beat the #6 seed and the Seahawk beat the Cowboys. That would match up the Rams v Bears and the Saints v Seahawks in the Div Round. This actually presents, what I think is, the best chance for the Rams to have the NFC championship at home. The Seahawks are playing very well and have a ligitimate chance at beating the Saints at home IMHO.

First Round bye, then beat the Bears running the ball down their throat and go to the big easy and beat the Saints and the Refs defeat the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl for good measure and listen to many pundits tell me what went wrong.

The Gurley & Anderson Show, coming to the LA Coliseum and anywhere else they dang well want, soon to you! It annoys me to hear Kaye Adams and the crew fantasizing about the Rams losing to the Niners and the Bears getting a home game in January....Fark that, and GMFB too.

The lowest remaining seed plays NO.
The first seed always has home field and always plays the lowest remaining seed.

I don't a have a preferred way....I couldn't care less how it happens, only that it does...I think it shows a bit too much confidence to want to do it a certain way...It might be a totally different scenario anyway if the Rams don't take care of business against the Whiners Sunday...The Whiners are going to be a very tough game if recent games for both teams is any indicator...They have beaten a couple of good teams and given teams like the Bears all they could handle...Good news is that if they do what they should and beat the Whiners, the Saints going down to somebody would mean the road to the super bowl would go through Los Angeles...That would be better than New Orleans and MUCH better than Chicago and weather that could be much worse than the other game against the Bears...This is kind of disjointed as I read it again and might not seem lucid , I apologize for that...Right now my mind seems to firing faster than my fingers can put it on the screen...at any rate, of one thing i'm sure....GO RAMS !!!!!

The postseason has been polluted now that the shitbirds are in. Can't believe I'll have to root for the Cowboys to beat them.

Just lock up that first round bye. This year's wildcard round is downright nasty. Let them eliminate each other that first weekend, then we get down to business.

I like that we'll be going into New Orleans if we win our first playoff game. But at this point I just want that playoff win.

When it comes to New Orleans I'm not scared. Rams have the tools to beat them even in their house, if they can get their secondary sorted. Saints don't have a deep threat with Brees and his old and tired arm, it's all dink and dunk and IMO it's going to catch up to them at some point. Question is whether the Rams can make them pay for that. IMO it will be a good game if it happens.

It's getting to the NFC Championship that concerns me. Hell even getting the bye at this point is concerning with the 9ers waiting to play spoiler, we need to whoop their @$$es and sew up that 2 seed.

I agree.

Cowboys and Vikings seem the weakest in the NFC field. But, get to the playoffs and stranger things have happened.

The two teams that concern me most are the Bears and Cowboys. Both of whom have the linebackers to shut down our outside zone and hinder our offense. With CJ I do think the inside zone is going to become more of a thing for us in the playoffs, which is good, but both those teams match up well vs us regardless.

Shehawks don't scare me one bit. Vikings don't either. Vikes are probably the easiest matchup for us, but of course in the playoffs any opponent can send you home

Chiefs defense is just so bad. The only thing they can do is sack the Qb.

They can't tackle, cover, or defend the run.
Only one team has ever made the playoffs before the Chiefs having given up 400 yards in a game 11 times. It’s historically bad for a playoff team.
