I just thought of two more!!
* Fleetwood Mac - Rumors
And If you like a Great Jazz Guitar ..
* Wes Montgomery - Bumpin' on Sunset
Rumors is a wonderful album, its one thing me, my wife, and my mother in law can agree upon. That and central Texas BBQ is the best

For me, it's blink-182's Self-titled album. I was just hitting my teenage years and this album got me through everything. I ended up getting this album cover tattooed on my arm.

Bob Marley's "Chant Down Babylon" album.

You can listen to the whole thing on YouTube... can't post the WHOLE thing here in on vid. It's killer. Guest artists from all genres preform with Bob (from his original recordings. Obviously not live).

I have listened to this album in it's entirety so many times that I can't count.

I've been getting more into vinyl lately, so here's a few that I will absolutely jam from start to finish:

Beatles:
Sgt Pepper, Abbey Road, Revolver

Pink Floyd:
Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, The Wall

Bowie:
The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust, Blackstar

Led Zeppelin:
I, II and IV

Simon and Garfunkel: Bookends
Metallica: Ride the Lightning
Dethklok: The Dethalbum
Radiohead: OK Computer
Dangerdoom: The Mouse and the Mask
Madvillain: Madvillainy
Daft Punk: Random Access Memories
Michael Jackson: Thriller
George Harrison: All Things Must Pass
The Flaming Lips: Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots
Beach Boys: Pet Sounds
White Stripes: Elephant
Fleetwood Mac: Rumors
Rolling Stones: Beggars Banquet. Also Let it Bleed.

Oh, and this evening when I got home I cracked a beer, went on my porch and spun Kanye's My Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Mastodon, Crack the Skye. I don't care how long some of the songs are (and yes, some of them are over ten minutes long); they nailed this album, and the story behind it is very compelling.

Their latest, Emperor of Sand, is right up there, too. I called it epic, career captioning!

I'm going back to AZ all of October and they are headlining a Big Red Night of the Dead show Oct 20th. I should probably go.

Yeah, I picked out Word to the Wise and Show Yourself as favorites from that album.

And I hope you do get to go! :D
