If Fisher is replaced, I'm not a fan of forcing any of the current coaching staff on the next head coach for chemistry reasons.
Besides, maybe someone else can take the defense to another level. Or keep it at a similar level without as much capital expenditure (free that up for the offense). I don't know
I can understand your point. That being said, if I was an incoming HC and I looked over this defensive staff and the defensive roster, I'd do my best to keep in place and say to them "you guys just keep doing what you've been doing." Again, we don't need to "fix" the D.
