Should be a high scoring game when we play them.

Peters should know their offense but they obviously know him so that will be interesting too. I wonder if Talib will be back by then.

I expect KC to jump the Rams in almost all the power rankings this week after the dominating win over Jax

Rams will be #2 every where but here with @Angry Ram power rankings

I’m sure I’m looking through rose colored glasses here but, but I don’t know how “dominating” the Chiefs were Sunday, relative to how much the Jags choked.

- Chiefs were at home, and that’s a tough place to play!
- Bortles still threw for over 400 yards!!
- Without Fournette and their backup RB the Chiefs still gave up over 100 on the ground.
- The Jags went into Arrowhead and put up over 500 yards of offense.
- Bortles gave them a pick 6 (to a DLineman) and 3 more INTs, and the Jags failed on a 4th and goal as well. That’s pretty much 5 turnovers. The Jags did their best to not win.
- And Mahomes two picks were worse than...say...Goff’s. Despite his 0 TD/ 2 INT outing, people are still gonna be all about them.

I think the injury-plagued Rams, going into Century Link against an angry and motivated divionsal rival, while also beating the refs was more impressive.

Yup, except I'm not doing one this week. Work travel, don't got time until Friday which by then would be pointless.

The media doesn't sleep on Seattle as much as we do. I've been seeing a lot of praise for us today.

Blake Bortles cheapens that win. Come on, he threw the ball off his own mans helmet. Practically handed the ball to a Dlineman. Makes it pretty tough for the defense to play their game.

The way they handled the Jaguars was impressive though, and I think it really showcased their talent on defense and special teams even if or maybe because the Jaguars did make Mahomes look like a rookie.

Did anyone mention the turnover on downs? I have to give their defense credit, even though it really is the same old same Chiefs to me, give up a ton of yards and just hang in there defensively until you see an opportunity, but it’s not sustainable without that offense keeping them off the field. How many times did they give up the field to stop the Jaguars at the goal line with limited space for routes?

I do hope they destroy the Patriots though, I don’t think Holmgren is arrogant, but his players can still get cocky.

The Rams victory was more impressive. With two of their top wide receivers out, Talib out and Peters looking very fallible, we got into a shootout with our division rivals who obviously planned a revenge game. Officiating was ... meh I’m not one for that, but we’ll just say that the pantheons of football were defied by McVay this Sunday to what wrath we should expect to see who can say?

It really was great to see Barron back just in the nick of time, and leading the team in tackles? But it’s obvious that we want the team healthy before the playoffs, especially the secondary.

So after one good defensive game, the chiefs are the best team in the nfl? I beg to differ, also, they were playing against the jags, not really known for offensive Juggernauts. Can't wait til they play the Rams to settle it once and for all. Hope both teams stay undefeated til then.
