Funny cuz I always take a few homer picks and last year Gurley, Goff and the Rams D took me took me to my second title in a row! Running like a Gurley man ruling the roost and since they made it a legacy league this year I kept Gurley who is hungry for a three-peat!

That's the thing....5,000 passing yards while Gurley gets his touches running the ball?
Maybe.
Would be tough.
And that’s exactly what I mean. Faulk still got his touches and yards en route to Warner’s 4800+. Why can’t Gurley be Goff’s Faulk?

"Jared Goff will throw for 42 TD's and have 5,000 pass yards to break Kurt Warner's Rams single-season records" -Steve Mariucci

I like Mariucci a lot he's always informative.

But this isn't going to happen, no way in hell........not unless Martz replaces McVay.

MyVay is too balanced to give Goff enough pass attempts to reach 5000 yards. It would take roughly 625 passes for that to happen and that's without a dropoff in his fantastic YPA. And I don't see McVay doing that when he has Gurley and will likely be holding a comfortable lead in plenty of games.

If the Rams had a lousy defense and running game this might be possible, but that's not the case at all.

I would take 4500 yards and 35 TDs.

Goff needs to keep the turnovers down like last year. Increase his completion percentage and thing should be good.

I'll take an exact replica of last year, provided they don't sit him the entire game the last week of the year.

4000 yards and 30 or so TD's is fine in this offense from the QB because there is balance. I see that.

If he ups his completion % that's great for a sort of third year guy. He will get a bit better of course.

Go look at McVay's history..........that'll tell you what is gonna happen.

And most certainly with a defense with the teeth of a bunch of great white sharks the ST's and O will benefit.

Warner threw 41 TDs in 1999 and 4830 yards in 2001. At that time those were the third and second highest totals in a season, ever. Only Dan Marino had seasons with more TDs (1984, 1986) and yardage(1984).
