So, I like having an opening night and all for the Super Bowl. But, I'll tell you what, I did not like the teams interacting with each other at all. Not one bit.

If I was a coach I'd refuse to partake in this crap. We're supposed to be all chummy with our upcoming opponent? Made me sick watching it to be honest!

Agree, I'm not liking this. What happened to media night being in different booths and doing interviews. I don't like both teams together on stage, and rather not see Gronk dancing. They're looking too cocky and confident... gonna have to change that s*** on Sunday.

Yeah I didn't like having those scum buckets anywhere near my boys unless we're destroying them on the field. Let them be cocky though, so were the Cowboys and the Saints :sneaky:

I had the same type feeling. I told my gal on the way out that I was glad we didn’t stay to listen to any Patriots interviews. We only stayed long enough to boo the shit out of them as they came down the ramp. Then we turned off our head sets and went and took a few pictures around the arena.

ALOT of people left when their interviews started. Atlantans especially. They we calling us the ATL Rams by the end of the evening.

Do you have a feel if there were more Rams or Patriots fans attending? Did the Rams get booed?

The Rams didn’t get bood at all. Patriots were bood heavily. The place had 40% Patriots, 40% Falcons and the rest were us.

All the comments I heard were “Beat Tom Brady” Biggest cheer of night went to Ramfan holding up a Falcons “rise up!” Towell

Brandin Cooks paying for team custodian to attend Super Bowl
Posted by Charean Williams on January 29, 2019

Rams receiver Brandin Cooks is paying for day porter Alfonso Garcia and Garcia’s son, Josh, to attend the Super Bowl. Cooks wanted to honor Garcia for keeping the team’s locker room in “tip-top shape.”

“He has such a special soul,” Cooks said, via Mike Jones of USA Today. “Someone that I found myself drawn to once I got there and I see him around the facility all the time. I just felt like it would be special for him to see that he is a part of this success as well, and I wanted him to be able to be at the Super Bowl with his son to enjoy that.”

Cooks didn’t publicize his act of kindness, but teammate Robert Woods did after inadvertently walking up on Cooks handing Garcia two tickets. Cooks also made flights and hotel accommodations for the Garcias.

“That’s the type of teammate he is, and a leader,” Woods said.

Did you guys hear the crowd when they introduced the teams?

The crowd went nuts for the Pat's and was dead silent for the rams.

I must have drowned out the crowd with my own boos. All I heard was booing!
