Would it be a crime of passion? If Mason Taylor makes it to 90, that's a crime, I'd say steal him.

Only what I do after we get himWould it be a crime of passion?![]()
I totally agree that Hampton is the better back. I've said all along that I wish we would get some kind of decent offer for Kyren and trade his this offseason before extending him. In that situation, Hampton would be great.Don’t get me wrong Kyren is good back and if they resign him this significantly reduces chances of them taking a back high which I whole heartedly agree.
That said Kyren is a good back, he’s not a transcendent back, the ones these win you a close playoff game. Omarion has Gurley like abilities, is a dual threat, three down back who in this scenario got picked up after a trade down adding value to round out the roster. In a scenario like that I could see that happening for sure. Especially as no extension has happened as of yet.
There's a draft where we go:
1) Josh Conerly OT
3) Dorian Strong CB
3) Jacob Parrish CB
with the first three picks.
I don't know, feels like Conerly is more a LT, not great choices at tackle around our 1st but he could be good, I think if you grab him, you try him at RT but he seems like he might end up being our LT in the future.I’d be cool with that. I like both Strong and Parrish as corners, and Conerly could be a solid Havenstein replacement. I’d prefer to add a tight end before a tackle, though.

Brandon Thorn is my go to guy on offensive line and he's got him more like a 3rd round prospect.I mean, I’m assuming Ersery is gone at that point?

Have you seen anyone mock him in the 1st?Gotta disagree with Thorn. Guys that big with that arm length and athleticism don’t fall very far. Now, if technique is concerned, sure, but you’re likely drafting for the long haul, and Ersery has consistently improved every year.
Yes. Late first, 20 to 30.Have you seen anyone mock him in the 1st?
Yeah, 85 is about what Thorn and his peeps have him.Yes. Late first, 20 to 30.
McShay’s rankings have him around that range. NFL.com has him 85, which I think is low for him. Again, not many 6’7”, 320+ linemen with his athleticism.
Again, I think it’s low considering need, position, and overall talent. If we got Ersery at #90, I’d attempt to do cartwheels. I just think he’s a first-round prospect.Yeah, 85 is about what Thorn and his peeps have him.
