what the hell were the texans thinking giving the receivers so much space? did they think that the saints were on their own 25 yard line?

Must of thought they were ahead by a TD to

The Saints remind me of the Seahawks that it seems every season they win these squeakers that they start off looking like they’ll lose.

Like I need another reason to dislike them.

The only way to beat these, I hate to say, great QBs is by putting them under pressure. The Texans failed to do this and therefore they lost.

i so like deshaun watson. so much so that the texans are now my second favourite team.

too bad he plays for such an ass hc. giving up that fg without so much of a whimper.

of all the things that made me angry in superbowl 36, the prevent d at the end of the game ranks at the top by far. the game was there to be won and for some reason they decide to sit back and keep everything in front of them. the cheats couldn't get anything going the whole game, why change whatever the d was doing. fuck.

Wait, I don’t care cause screw the saints but I don’t actually get that 10 second run off. It was an official review with it being under two minutes and it was to see if a saints player caught a pass which was confirmed in their favor. Sooo, why do they lose ten seconds when they weren’t the ones who initiated the challenge?

So apparently this was a screw up by officials? Just heard that Brees said an official came to him at half or after game and said it was a mistake? It seemed wrong to me at least.

they explained it during the game. thomas was tackled with 42 seconds left on the clock. the booth asked for a review with 26 seconds left on the clock.

what should have happened was the 10 second run off should have been subtracted from the 42 second mark instead of the 26 second mark.

Ah ok, thanks. That makes more sense than the way the talking heads were explaining it on the radio.

Also, seriously... who goes to prevent defense when a field goal is the only thing needed? So damn stupid. I kind of understand if a touchdown is needed to tie it then sure maybe prevent. But only ahead one and a field goal wins it and you let them get free yards? Just so dumb.
