Seems like that would be more the case for a team full of A.J. Browns. But the Rams who have gone from "We Not Me" to "We Then Me" the past couple years? I doubt it.

BTW, I'd say Tom Brady was even less mobile than Stafford. He got and gets probably got more credit than any QB ever.

But I can see where there are plays that a QB that is more of a threat with his legs could keep drives going or even score. Those types even get rushed differently as lane integrity comes into play more. Some even require a spy removing a player from coverage from time to time. Noticing that difference doesn't mean one believes that Stafford is a problem. Just that an upgrade is possible.

And, IMO, this offense, with Stafford, would have to first be closer to being on par with one of the greatest offenses in Rams history prior to even considering going anywhere near NFL history. Even "The Greatest Show on Turf" just cracks the top 10 in points scored in NFL history last I checked (Might be lower since the change to the 17 game schedule).

Careful here. The GSOT offenses were the best offenses in NFL history. This was an era where teams still actually played defense. They dialed it back in multiple games in 1999.

In 2000, we were averaging 509 YPG and 45 PPG before Warner got injured. We would have scored 650 points that year had that never happened. Easily the greatest offense in NFL history.

Understand that my sample size is very limited, I'd only been to the Saints, Stl Blues, and what used to be the Edward Jones Dome where the Rams played in STL before last night (for monster jam and supercross).

It's extremely nice.

Compared to the aforementioned stadiums I'd say it's like comparing a Chevy Cruze to an Mercedes-AMG .

With one loss, the Los Angeles Rams fell from the top of the NFC down to a wild-card spot in the playoffs. Their blown fourth-quarter lead against the Seattle Seahawks looks even worse now that the Rams are out of NFC West contention and guaranteed to go on the road in the first round of the postseason, but that’s the situation they find themselves in.

Before even playing in Week 17, the Rams learned their playoff fate on Sunday. The Seahawks beat the Carolina Panthers and the San Francisco 49ers beat the Chicago Bears in the nightcap, eliminating the Rams from the divisional race and No. 1 seed contention.

Now, Los Angeles is certain to be the fifth or sixth seed in the NFC regardless of what happens the rest of the way. And in all likelihood, the Rams will wind up as the No. 5 seed and go on the road to face the winner of the NFC South.
