Like I said when Staley got hired there it is a great situation for him. He has one of the best young QBs who already went through his rookie season and was excellent and he has a defense that was closely talented to what the Rams had. He's got a supreme pass rusher in Bosa and a play making stud in James if they can stay healthy along with a lot of talent across the board. They are going to be a force to deal with in the AFC.
