Yeah... I think it's actually matte black... a different shade of black if that's even possible. As is the helmet. Maybe the matte shade will look good in action mixed with the non matte blue sleeves... but I believe Jax has matte black on their helmets and it just looks like they need a good wax job to me.

Whatever... there will be many more new special jerseys coming. Other leagues have been taking advantage of adding new special jerseys almost every season. It's not surprising that THE League
is dipping into that money too.

Im an old fart and hate color rush and alot of the promotional unis they put out there. I actually dig these unis. Is it me, or does it seem like the old guys here kind of like them, and the younger crowd seems to hate them. Sort of the vibe Im getting reading through this thread
