Simply amazing! As an 9 year old in 1980, I fell in love with hockey and Team USA. This tournament and today's win brought back so many memories while creating a new set of magical moments. They did us proud! Well done!

Watched with 2 of my sons early this morning. Made coffee. Mom got up to see OT goal. Sad for #13 parents. Bittersweet. So awesome. Milan, Lake placid and Squaw Gold up the road.

And I can't get enough of watching this goal. Just unreal control of the puck to get it over the stick of one defender in order to control the puck and keep his speed while knifing through two of the NHL's best defenders and then totally fake out the goalie with a little backwards flip. Phe-fucking-nomenal!!!!
