I want to see Wade as DC of this team even when he's driving on the sidelines in a power chair. We have an end of life plan for Wade..Finish coaching with the Rams until he kicks, then a plot at Inglewood near the fountain ~ Stan Kroenke
Are you serious did you see our Run Defense against the Cowboys, Niners and especially the Ravens. Did you see TB they scored at will on us that is on the Defense. The Ravens scored the first 5 possessions in a row. This is a better D than last year minus Suh, but Weddle is better than Joyner and Ramsey is an upgrade and Rapp was a steal, our D line was better but the Defense seemed to break down and that is on Wade. He has had 3 years to get his guys and the Defense never cracked the top 10 for a year.Who would you have replace Wade? Personally I don't see Wade or the defense as the issue.

Yeah what was not right was the coaching. How can they let Dak and the Cowboys who were struggling so bad to whoop our asses on National TV. We allowed 4 teams to score over 40 points on us this season. Its either that or we overpaid Donald and could not support him with enough good talent to make the D work. I’d like to think its the coaching and not the limited cap space/draft picks. We played a lot of terrible offenses this season that made our stats on defense look respectable (Cleveland, Cincy, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Arizona, Saints without Brees, Chicago). I would let Wade walk and bring in someone younger that can match McVays energy, vision and enthusiasmIt was actually six and if they wanted to it could have been twenty in a row. The rams d that day couldn't stop diddly. Neither could the offense. A total team failure.
As was the cowboys game.
There was something wrong with the team this season. Something was just not right. I think mcvay learned a lot this season and hope he becomes a better coach for it.
.
Right near Georgia F! She's about 10 miles away from the new stadium. Talk about a weird ending! We have an end of life plan for Wade..Finish coaching with the Rams until he kicks, then a plot at Inglewood near the fountain ~ Stan Kroenke

Disagree.
We are then looking at a couple years of changing out talent.
Any of schemes can work with the right personnel and execution.
Thisespecially because Wade uses a lot of 4-3 concepts as well in his 3-4 base. I do think The Rams need a big DT/NT though. Greg Gaines is not that guy, but will develop each year.He is still a pup !!

Since when did Stan become Jerry Jones? I highly doubt he is ever going to have that kind of meeting, and if he did, we'd likely never hear about it.Anyone know when McVay and Snead will meet with Stan? I ask because it's obvious that changes are needed to this team to achieve our potential.
I'm hinting at potentially replacing Wade and Pastoors. If the Rams wait much longer, the candidate pool will shrink.
I'm not comparing Stan to Jerruh, that's ridiculous. I'm pretty sure I'd have some fairly strong expectations of performance if I invested $6B of my own capital into a new stadium and my team underachieved.Since when did Stan become Jerry Jones? I am not sure Stan's money should come into this that was a business decision not just about the team.I'm not comparing Stan to Jerruh, that's ridiculous. Relatively speaking this would be a meeting of expectations: Money Stan has put into the stadium and being on the receiving end of blowouts. If I'm Stan, I'm looking at Snead and McVay for answers on how to prevent those from happening again.
he had 35 turnovers this season, 30 INT, 5 lost fumble. Only 1 to in the game. Yikes
No not at this point. Even he would agree. He's a good young coach who has to get better. This season proved it.McVay is a great coach.
