Possible. From a value standpoint, both 2nd would let us move into the 16-19 range. No guarantee he would make it that far. I think Wentz's stock will climb during the draft season (and for NFL teams, it may already be there). If Wentz is viewed as a solid starter prospect, someone will move to get him early. I used to think we could get him mid 2nd round. Right now I think he will be the third QB taken and there is virtually no chance he makes it out of the first round. If we're picking in the 12-14 range, I say don't screw around getting cute to obtain another pick - just take him. But, still early in the process.
