What you couldnt see in the photo of the old guy in the ER was 15 attorneys waiting the lobby to get his business. They will never have an easier case.
So let me get this straight;

I think it occurred shortly after mid-night Friday, so it was 36 hours before Sunday's game ... not 12 hours.

They may have done a blood test as opposed to breathalyzer at the night of the arrest. Maybe he had blood work in the hospital it's pretty likely they had taken blood at some point, in which case some creative representation may be in playThat's what I would be saying if I was Mark Sanchez's attorney.

Shot gunning. Trying the guilt by association no doubt. But anyone that has anything to do with him could be at risk if they have deep enough pockets. It’s stupid.
I assume its because they have big bucks. That said, what is the legal reasoning behind naming his employer? What are they liable for with him visiting a bar on his own time? I suspect, none at all.
My dad runs a business and always tells me "You don't have to be 100% responsible to be 100% liable".
FOX has more money then Sanchez, so if they can try and get more money from FOX then from Sanchez. And I think this lawyer knows that in a big public case like this, FOX will want to settle. The civil suit won't ever get to court. Guy will be richer than Sanchez is currently.
That says nothing about Sanchez's criminal case, however. That is between Sanchez and the DA.
