Agreed. Rams are getting the MRI tomorrow. Already came out that the Achilles test was negative. Not sure how anything new could come out until the MRI.

Has anyone missed an entire season with a calf strain?

This team is generally built top-heavy. Outside of the WR corps, I don't think we can handle injuries to key personnel as much as other NFL heavy weights. Fingers crossed these injuries aren't serious. We are already down two key special team players in GZ and Cooper. Not a good year for us at all health wise so far...

I'm seeing lots of uncalled holding on AD . Have also seen him complain to refs with no help. That's when all the bad calls started to flow from the ref against us. Two holding calls on us were totally bogus. The refs wanted a say in the game near the end. I saw Talib on the injury play & it looked like both ankles got rolled just slightly. The Peter's play was much more violent. We need a healthy Barron back in the line-up as our LB play is very poor after a better week against the cards. Chargers are a much better team than our first two. The Vikes lost a starting CB today also to injury.

The Vikes sat three starters today that they will have for Thurs. RB from FSU who is back from knee surgery is one of the 3. Rudolph will be a major player we will have to focus on stopping as TE's are our biggest threats. We faced the old vet Gates today who the Chargers brought back after their starter got injured. We can't have another TE like the Raiders go off on us this Thursday Night. Randolph is a tough cover.

The Peters report I heard was a sports bumper on ABC by Curt Sandoval. I don't see any reference to it on his twitter feed so maybe it was just him fearing the worst. Hope Lock Angeles is good to go in a favorable time frame.

I don't think we've been getting enough pressure from the big three up front so far in three games. The run D looks improved but i admit i expected more tangible disruption from Suh, Brockers and Donald. They've been good but hardly dominant to this point.

The d-line is being effective but without a legit edger rusher to make the qb step up into the teeth of that d-line it will never be maximized to its fullest potential. When the qb is pressured or at least contained from the edge he steps up and that's when Donald is a beast Suh to when they shed those blocks and take the qb down. Maybe I'm wrong but as happy as I am with this team thus far I am a bit concerned about the corners. If they both are missing for a while there will be shootouts a plenty in our future. This defense is mostly predicated on those corners and the d-line so without them and with our line getting mauled receivers will actually have time to get open. I'd be so willing to sign or even trade a pick for even a decent ode ge rusher. I think it would go a long way. I look at teams that need a third pick but who? Anyone have any realistic ideas???? Robert Ayers still available? Lol

Let's not forget the Chargers have a powerhouse offense. I wouldn't be too concerned.

I see more blitzing in this teams future.

I've got mad respect for Rivers, and he gained even more respect today. He is one fearless gutsy player to stand in there like he did with the Rams defense swarming around him, and yet he remained calm and cool using his quick release to make clutch throws. Kirk Cousins only wishes he could play like that.

so I read on ramswire that Talib also had a boot but was on crutches too. Him getting a second opinion makes me very nervous

With our offense and the way the rest of the NFC West looks, we could probably make the playoffs with Justin King and Tye Hill at CB (wasn't that long ago guys :ROFLMAO:).

Hopefully we can get our studs back by then though, we'll need them for a SB run.

Then add Bulger to it ? Jay Cutler retired.

The biggest edge The Rams is coaches that know how to teach & evaluate talent.

Shields coming out of retirement & now getting added playing will help later in the season.

I like this other kid from OKSt

Queens are going to test the DBs right away...Won't take long to see how this game is going to flow...Rams need to put it in the end zone early and often...Don't let these guys hang around or get a early lead that they can feed off of...

Wonder why it looked like Peters and Talib didn't have their ankles taped. I thought most players taped them before a game.

Shields stepping in at one of the CB spots is not much of a downgrade. He played very well when he stepped in after the Peters injury. Hill did OK too.

Of all the games to lose your first choice CBs its against the Vikings, who have the second best (IMO) receiving corps behind us Thielen, Diggs and Rudolph are beasts at their positions...
