Does anyone know how to make really good pho?

I want to open a restaurant called the Pho Queue.
Phunny you should ask. We are entering the Virginia City Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival. We are team Pho Q. And I’m dead serious. This is the banner my wife designed.

But seriously though, if you could make a kit with decent pho, it wouldn't even have to be really good, there's a business opportunity there. It would probably be a one year thing and not sustainable, but the pet rock guy made millions. You could do the same with a Pho Kit.
There are several restaurants with that name already. Sorry to burst your bubble but I showed my wife a bunch of them after we had decided to go with it for our team name. It’s not original but it’s a pretty irreverent festival so we are team Pho Q and our dish is Pho-King Hot Balls.

Good to know. I haven't seen one, but a quick Google search shows you're correct.
