Yeah, quite the outing from Wrobleski. Almost faced the minimum through 8. And very few swing and misses. Just solid pitching and some good defensive support.
And Now YAMA!!! Treinen looks great and Tucker battled for the GW RBI.
Hopefully Diaz back shortly.
My son played baseball with Nolan McLean in NC. You could tell he had it at an early age. He'll be a Dodger in 3 years.....

Vesia and Treinen both off to a good start. Good pitching duel last night. Neither team could do much against the starters. Tucker's inside out flare the other way got the Dodgers the win.
Not sure about Diaz. No specific injury so far. He just said he doesn't feel right. My guess is they shut him down a couple weeks and go from there. I was hoping to hear the trumpet last night. But Vesia came in and struck out the side. I'll take that.
Pennants aren't won or lost in April. But the wins count the same as September wins. A strong start gives a cushion for when the inevitable losing streak happens. Or the 2-8 streak. Everyone goes through that at some point.

This version of the Dodgers is kinda like the 80's version of the Lakers. Or maybe the Kobe/Shaq era. If the Houston Asterisks didn't cheat they way to a title the Dodgers would have 4 championships the last decade instead of 3.

Ouch, Rams love has to get better than that. Especially the way the NFL dominates fandom.
Much as I love the Dodgers, single digits?? Come on people show out better than that for the Rammies!!
I can see a lot of people like the Dodgers more than the Rams due to how well the Dodgers have done recently.
In the 80s, I bet people liked the Lakers more than the Dodgers.
Now if the Rams win another Super Bowl ...
