So we got a younger team who already won elimination games. A defending champion who is battle tested and a lot of experience. Something's gotta give.

Dodgers offense has struggled the whole series. But I feel like winning tonight might give the the boost they need for tomorrow.
It's all hands on deck with the pitching. For both teams.

Well, the Blue Jays were 5th in salaries. So they spent their share. Its not always about the money. The Mets spent a couple million dollars more than the Dodgers this year and they didn't make the playoffs. Its also about the organization knowing how to find the right guys to build a good team. Even with that the best team doesn't always win. The Dodgers were 3rd in the NL.

One thing I do know, whatever happens today or tomorrow the Dodgers will always be in the mix every year because of their organization. 5 World Series appearances in the last decade. That is because of their organization and leadership. They've always had a solid minor league system.

Nearly a 100 million dollar difference between 1st and 5th. Huge drop.

Maybe the Dodgers have a solid farm system, but the only guy in that starting lineup who’s worth his salt and is homegrown this year is Smith.

Money isn’t alway the most important thing, but it”s never below 2nd most important.
