Dude never had a winning season in his entire career as a full-time starter, much less a Super Bowl. He really was a great player on some awful teams.
Can you imagine the kind of numbers he would have put up on a good team? He would for sure be in the Hof

Man… his 2006 season was epic. Rams went 8-8 but Jackson rushed for 1500 yards and had 800 yards receiving. Absolute Stud numbers.

He got one MVP vote, which ultimately went to LaDainian Tomlinson who got 38 votes.

SB wins have been elusive for the Rams considering the quality of players and teams over the years, esp. the 1970s. But last I checked I think we were third in number of HOFers (next to Packers and Giants? iirc).

Pretty sure we’re second behind the Steelers…

Edit: I’m wrong.

We’re 6th behind:

1. Bears 30
2. Packers 26
3. Steelers 24
4. Giants 21
5. Washington 20
6. Rams 19

Todd Gurley should get in, for the simple reason that Terrell Davis got in. Davis only had 4 good seasons out of 7. IMO, however, neither should be in. It sucks to get your career cut short because of injury, but that's life. JMO.

More than the fucking Whiners, Queens and Cowboys!

Donald, Kupp, Stafford puts them past the Giants for 4th.

Big Whit, Wagner and Ramsey would put them past the Steelers to 3rd.

Where’d you find those numbers? Looks like it's 27. It’s been a while but I think we come in third when coaches are included or something.

Edit: Actually by my count it's 36 including st. Louis/Cleveland Rams, coaches, etc.

Should have kept Jaworski. Not that he was great, but with a great OL he would have been their best QB by far.

Sure wish the Rams had a QB in the 70's and The Metrodome was built in 72 not 78. Also wish Dickerson stayed after the acquisition of Everett. Oh well, The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.

That looks like James Harris behind Knox.

The Rams could often beat the cowgirls or the vikings but coulld never beat both of them in the same year of the playoffs. Thank goodness for Tampa Bay!
