Rhody, I wouldn't wish that on the Lions.
What fans they have, don't deserve it. Because they have to be super hardcore
to still be there.
Would love to see Lions doing what the browns are doing this year.
Lions fans deserve a decent team for once.
Now I wouldn't mind Fish head taking over a west division team or the cowgirls.lol

FWIW I was rooting for Matt Patricia although you should never trust a man with two first names. Anyways Patricia played his college ball in this area at a Division III (they don't call that anymore) RPI a fine close to IVY League Engineering School.

However, most Engineers are not great communicators (See Herbert Hoover & Jimmy Carter) and apparently Patricia suffered from that besides other things. Also was glad he got hired by Detroit because I wanted that fan base to experience some good things, however, that did not happen. I have a message for the Lions...Hire Matt Campbell of Iowa State and call it day!

The Lions need to hire Robert Saleh... He's a Michigan native and I want his ass out of the division...

He's also from around there. I don't remember where in MI he's from, but basically he grew up near Detroit.

Saleh is a guy who would be perfect...legit... b/c GB runs basically the McVay offense and Saleh just knows how to beat it even when half of his guys are out...which he's done 3 of the 5 times he's beaten us...
 

he's valuable enough to the 9ers, but don't think the contract would do it...LOL
 
I don’t think any GM/Coach should hire Matt Patricia. I’d bet players would be very discouraged by it based on this report from Mike Silver.

It basically said he came in acting like a genius from the Patriots who had it all figured out and telling the players that they were all stupid. He was disorganized, disrespectful and late for meetings. Seemed like a total Asshole.

Could you imagine being a former Lion going to another team only to find out the new DC is this jackass?

Only coach who's worse is Gase, to be honest. At least Bill O'Brien won something. At least Patricia had a defense. Gase was entirely made by Peyton.
