I wonder if the guy read Rams forums to get his info? What he's saying is nothing we didn't already know. It doesn't take a keen eye to see what we've been seeing. We know the line is subpar. We know better pass rushing teams will dominate the line. We know Snead will have to address that next offseason. For now they just need to run more to keep pressure off of Stafford.

First Snead works in tandem with McVay. That should always be emphasized when writing about either's successes or failures. Also, you can't write about a lack of vision when both had the vision to put together a Super Bowl Championship team.

Many here have questioned the lack of emphasis on the interior offensive line. They have made a solid attempt to make big improvements in this area. Resigning Dotson would be a smart move to keep the offensive line moving in the right direction. If they can add a solid LT the line can become a big positive in the near future.

And didn't mention the ...uh...total lack of money and draft capital it takes to grab a vet.

Agreed. They made the moves to be able to have both draft capital and cap space for next season. They have to execute in the off-season to make the right moves to become a contender again.

Posted article raises serious questions which may well have merit. But imo it’s
McVay not Sneed who sets the roster priorities. So imo you can criticize Sneed for not picking say one lineman instead of another, but not for picking say a WR instead of a lineman.

LMFAO Lack of vision? Let's see 2 Super Bowl appearances in 4 years with one Lombardi. Geez how myopic huh?

Now he's cleared the decks to remodel this franchise to be more sustainable. Where is the lack of vision? Look at this last draft. Did that show a lack of vision?

Let's see.....

Nacua a Kupp clone. Yep wasted pick
Turner looks like an able replacement for Donald when he retires. Yep another wasted pick
Avila is most certainly garbage right?
Dotson? Bad trade right?
Witherspoon? Terrible acquisition
Young is obviously a wasted pick.
Atwell took too long to develop....he's garbage right?
Williams is a scrub right?
Freeman like Witherspoon was a terrible acquisition.
Lake and Yeast are scrubs at safety right?

Hmmm 11 players that shouldn't be on the team right?

Hell even Goff has validated his draft status, just not under McVay's system.

Get real dude. It's not lack of vision simply because you don't understand what the plan is.

When they won the Super Bowl I'm sure people thought Snead is horrible as GM we'd be better off with Dave Ziegler (formerly of the Raiders). Yeah McVay just got lucky right? The Rams didn't deserve the Lombardi they went all in to get....right?

So why would McVay be instantly hired if fired? Why would Snead be hired almost as quickly? How many GMs can say they brought in as many HOF players as Snead? Many if not most go through their entire career without any.

YOU JUDGE A COACH OR GM BY THE BODY OF THEIR WORK OVER THEIR CAREERS, NOT BY ONE OR TWO SEASONS.
