Biting a chick is a bad look. They will slap his hand w/ a 1-2 game suspension imho
Also Puka missing a few games for this could be great for his body as he’s a physical player
Imagine the whaling if the Rams beat the Whiners week one sans Puka and Jackson....

I would like to restate what I said earlier....
Puka, being young and outgoing, seems to occasionally lack situational awareness when in public settings given his fame.

I really hope there is no suspension.
It would seem a strange thing for the league to do given what came of the accusations and Puka getting some treatment after the issue.

I stand behind it.
I did not stop drinking because I could not control it. No DUIs or huge issues.
What happened is I got real sick very fast. Could not keep anything down, out of both holes as they say. So dehydrated I went to the doctor on the first day of it.
Doc told me do not drink alcohol or eat meat for awhile. So I did and felt better overall . It took me 2 weeks to eat a tiny bit of chicken. I never understood people who do not eat meat either. But I do now, I kinda get them.
Went back to eating barbeque and all that. Just no beers ect.
Once you get past looking forward to that beer at 5 most days its fine.
I know many who ruined their lives from it, we all do.
Not condemning anything. You do you.
Uh- you kinda’ were.

And I will.

Not sure how this fits, didn't buy anything big, but he bought his mom a car. I think it was a SUV, and not a car.
So think 50k to 100k out of 4 million, 50K is like 1.25% of 4 million.

To me that's big, to him, guess not.

I quit drinking 30 years ago. I can't tell you how many times I got behind the wheel in the 80's after having too much to drink. How I never got a DUI is beyond me. Just dumb luck I guess. Whatever stupid stuff I did back then wouldn't get me sued. I had nothing to sue for. Puka does.
Same here but I keep it to 1 drink during random social gatherings... if any. Got stopped in a couple police roadblocks in the 80's but was lucky something more important for the cops was present. I drove more carefully after partying than sober and was lucky I didn't have to seriously test my reaction time.

I'd be surprised if Puka was suspended.

guys, trying to avoid opening a can of worms but I don't think the suspension would be just for the bite

whether anyone agrees or not
First off, I want to say, Puka can be a great guy, like Davante Adams claimed and he can also be a huge asshole when under the influence of alcohol. I know people (family members) like that. That's not an excuse for things, just an explanation and everyone can make up their own mind about that. I would say, "don't drink if you're gonna be an asshole", which equates to "if you continue to drink YOU ARE an asshole".

I'm assuming you're talking about the alleged comments, "f*** all jews". His legal team claims there are witnesses who say that never happened but let's assume it did. Are there other witnesses who can testify to those witnesses being there the entire time? While that accusation is unsettling, punishing him for it is wrong. Those comments make him an asshole but Puka and each and every one of us has FREE speech. Nobody can yell "FIRE" in a theater but beyond that we can say whatever we want (however everybody should be careful because people with power can find ways to indirectly punish someone for that). The NFL covers punishing speech like that under "detrimental to the league's image". You know, that squeaky clean league who still hasn't admitted a cover up of concussions, very common to the game, or that CTE can be contracted as a result of playing the game of football. That squeaky clean business who had to install a rule, so those good ole boys would interview minority canidates (black men) for head coaching jobs. Still despite that rule very few blacks get the job but because they include men of middle eastern descent and other persuasions, they can jury-rig that minority percentage upwards. Yes, by all means, we need to keep that image as clean as possible!!!!

But I digress. The woman who sued Puka, did so 3 months after the alleged incident. For a "bite mark"? Is it possible she threw in the antisemitic remark accusation to make the man-boy look worse? Why? For money? I would like to suggest to the NFL, they put as much effort into protecting their players from situations like this, as they do "keeping the league's image clean". It's not going to be 100% effective but let's not compound the problem by punishing them for conduct "detrimental to the league's image". Haven't they themselves done enough of that already? Not only the concussion CTE black mark or the minority avoidance black mark but their present partnering with a betting company? In light of the latter, I would also suggest they give a percentage of the money they get from Draft Kings to the families of Alex Karras and Paul Hornung. You know, just to maintain the "clean image".

FWIW, I love NFL football. But I can also point out the flaws it seems to want to ignore.

Sometimes the NFL's behavior reminds me of Claude Rains (Captain Renault) in Casablanca....

"I'm shocked, shocked to discover there is gambling going on in here!!!"
"You're winnings sir"
"Oh thank you"

Can we All Please Focus on the important question here?!?

Jeez! Many of you guys waste time on trivial matters.

The thread title is ... League is Possibly Considering Suspending Puka

Is that Correct?

Should it be ...
League is Considering Possibly Suspending Puka
or ...
Suspending Puka is Possibly being Considered
or ...
A Suspension is under Possible Consideration

or ... My Personal Favorite and Choice ...

Probably best it's left unsaid but jesus it's the only thing you've ever buddy boi

Well let Gid be our witness?

David Quess imo was the better player between he & Humpries. We all know how that went down.I was a KT guy & last preseason even looked better.
We wouldn’t see Quess in The Preseason, but WE might find out if Quess can play LT again. He was a starter at LT I believe for the Vikings before The Rams signed him in 2025.2024 the Vikings did have problems upfront & he was forced to play, which might be the issue to start 2026 for The RAMS ??
I CAN’T change The POWER of The NFL,but still think it’s BS.
—I guess I didn’t know in 2024 why Alaric was suspended, but know WE know it could happen again for a similar reason ??? It could even be Longer ??
There isn’t that much WE know or have HEARD??? I guess The RAMS might already know a little more than US ?? Once again we’ll see BUDDY BOI

Queesenberry relieved Darrisaw in 2024 vs the Rams, when we abused Darnold. It was the regular season game when Darrisaw went down for the season. Then a week later Minnesota traded for Cam Robinson and he started the playoff game vs the Rams. But Queessenberry got into that game too when RT Brian O'Neill went down. So I guess we've seen Queessenberry play both right and left tackle!!! :sunglasses:
