You should maybe try to find a board with "strong dick" member posts that you like!

Now at least we can begin to establish who’s who

Drain?

I've been critical of the Rams too, but let's look at the NFL. The Saints were going to score 50 points a game until they didn't. Lost to Dallas scoring 10 and probably should have lost to Carolina scoring 12. The Cowbys were rolling winning.5 straight including the Saints and the gets shut out by the Colts. The sea pigeons are rolling and lose to the whiners. The Cheatriots lose 2 in a row. The Chargers lose by double digits to the Ravens. The Rams lose a winnable game to the bears on the road and lost a winnable game to the Iggles.

I haven't lost faith in McVay ad Goff. We can still turn it around and make noise in the playoffs. If we win out, the Rams will be 13-3 and will get a bye.

I trust that McVay will right the ship.

Several members on various messages board forums and NFL media expert talking heads have given the impression that the Rams are one and done playoff contenders.

It seems like some in that group believe the Rams might win their first playoff game but they are just a little bit too flawed to run the table when the single elimination tournament begins in January.

Those that are still on the fence need to see how the Rams perform against the Cardinals and 49ers before they make their final predictions.

I have watched the Bears and Eagles games several times and even though they were painful to watch outcomes, I feel the same as I did 3 weeks ago.

To me, the Rams are still the best team in the NFL but it's by a very tiny slim margin.

Should they lose to either Arizona or the San Francisco in these last two weeks, I will eat my words and recognize that I don't know this team as well as I think I do.

Keep up the good fight Florida ram.

This board has been borderline intolerable this week. Can't handle all the negativity. I've hardly been able to even read most of the threads this week, they're such a downer. The xman created this board to get away from all that shit. The rams are 11 and 3, try and enjoy it.

Let’s accentuate the positive. 2 years ago we were looking for signs of life on the Rams. Happy that we had 1 very good defensive player and a pro bowl punter. Last year we went into week 15 hoping for a win so we could finally make the playoffs after such a long drought. Now we are worried we might not have enough in the playoffs to make it to the Super Bowl. And that we have lost 3 whole games (that we actually could have won if we played better at the end of each game). These are good times for Rams fans. Let’s enjoy and cheer on our very competitive team!!!!

Yes calling people "bitches and weak dicks" is certainly a "fountain"

All good though I guess we just have different styles.
Now Henry you know as well as I didn’t use “bitches” in my original post, I specially worded my post to avoid that ;)

Weak dick is sorta a military thing from obviously a different era, I don’t see where “strong dick” relates, clearly a bad cliche used by me, oh well.

Tho guilty I am on the drain thing, and I suppose a brief hiatus is in order, the negativity amongst certain core members here, surrounding a 11-3 soon to be 12-3 team disturbs me.

The Cardinals are not be close to being a playoff team . Even if we win there is nothing learned. If we lose we have a lot of work to do.

Ummm if you say so @JWBlue. I get your direct derogatory response because the Cards are one of the worst teams in the 2018 NFL season.

To simply say there is nothing to be learned from this game has little to no merit from my kaleidoscope.

Regardless of how weak the competition is....

Look o Chicago and/or New Orleans.

Sorry, I re-read my post and the grammar and words I left out drove me nuts. Here is it again, corrected.

Look people. You can be a devout Rams Fan and still be very worried about what transpired the last 3 weeks.
I've been a loyal Rams Fan for 43 years, but I'm very worried about the upcoming playoffs.
1st and foremost I'm worried the damn Bears are gonna slip into the #2 seed.

That doesn't make me a whiner or gloom and doomer. That makes me a guy that is full of emotion for his team.
It's stupid to see a ship showing signs of starting to sink and then just say "It's not sinking. It'll stay afloat ... because I want it to stay afloat."

McVay and Wade REALLY need to change things up and do something drastically different ... or we're in big trouble in the playoffs. ESPECIALLY if we have to go to Chicago and/or New Orleans.

Despite the perception of some, constructive criticism of our team on this board is not frowned upon. Having said that...if negativity and that doom n gloom mentality is all you bring to the table in here...you won't fit in on this board and won't last either. Brooding negativity also includes those being a self proclaimed "realist." That's not an excuse to stray from the culture here.

The passions and moment to moment emotions of the GDT are given more leeway but it also is not an excuse to stray from our culture here. If you don't like it or agree with it there are plenty of other discussion boards out there to choose from.

ROD's culture is about fandom, having fun, sharing knowledge, opinions.... and a refuge from the "realists" and not-so-clever trolls that are free to spew garbage on other Rams boards.

That's just how it is here and it's not going to change no matter how successful or unsuccessful the Rams may be.
Well said and thank you.

Well somebody’s got to win it. The Rams shot themselves in the foot over and over again in 2 losses but rebounded to beat the hapless cards. The “best team in the afc” Chargers got their asses handed to them at home. The previous “best team in the afc” Chiefs get handled by the hags and the “most complete team in the league” Saints survive with a lot of help from the Steelers.
I don’t see a favorite in either conference, if somebody gets hot they can win it all. Why not the rams?

I wish I could really put my finger on what was up with the 2 game slide. Not only was Goff not playing well but neither was the OLine or DLine.

I don't have an answer...I just know what I saw...a team that suddenly was stunned and *seemed* to question themselves.

You see how the Hags played KC and how their defense tackled and you know the Rams MUST play at a higher level if they expect to advance in the playoffs.

The AZ win really doesn't impress me. It was a good win...but I still see things that have to be better...mainly the tackling on defense. IT HAS TO BE MUCH BETTER!!!

We know the Saints, Chicago, Dallas, and Seattle are all in. Everyone of those teams can beat the Rams if their not sharp.

IT CAN STILL BE "ONE AND DONE" IN THE PLAYOFFS IF THE RAM DEFENSE DOESN'T GET IT TOGETHER!!!

JUST KEEPING IT REAL!!!

Yeah, I read all that stuff from one of those Rams Wire pretend sportswriters...they keep it real too

I’m enjoying a 12 win season

Judging from that post, you’re too busy
breaking down film.

Enjoy!

No. Not breaking down film Ramlock...just facing the facts. You don't need film to see missed tackles. I saw that in the game yesterday...and the defense once again taking a whole half before they got it together. You think that'll work in the playoffs???
