Not the greatest application for the turf, I’m thinking. looks like somebody threw a green blanket over a baby giraffe.

No need for a conspiracy theory... as usual, just stupidity and incompetence.

It's in Hungary. Intended as giving access to a terminal on a railway line. Only problem is, the railway hasn't been built yet... and won't be for at least another 4 years.
